HEAT RECOVERY FOR BIOMASS BOILER

When burning moist biomass, the flue gas contains a lot of usable heat - but without recovery, this is lost unused. With a precisely designed heat recovery system from HEGER, the flue gas can be specifically cooled to below the so-called dew point. The result: significantly higher efficiency and maximum energy yield.

The higher the water content of the fuel and the lower the remaining oxygen in the flue gas, the greater the potential for increasing efficiency.

Our flue gas condensers with integrated steam removal technology also ensure that no visible plume of steam rises from the chimney, even in winter temperatures - a plus for the environment, aesthetics and local acceptance.
