Some employees of Heger Edelstahl dedicated themselves to a good cause and took part in the "Helden Run" in Raab. At this run, participants could choose between three different FUN TRACKS with many obstacles. The Heger Edelstahl team bravely took on the challenge of the 7.1-kilometre fun track. As support for the Raab-based association "Engal gibt`s wiakle", Heger Edelstahl donated 1,000 euros. The proceeds will benefit 8-year-old Katalea from Riedau, who suffers from the incurable disease muco-poly-saccharidosis. This disease is a progressive metabolic disorder, due to which Katalea can no longer speak or eat alone. She therefore requires 24-hour care. To facilitate her care, a bath lift and a stair lift are needed. Managing Director Alexander Schauer raves about the good idea of the Helden Run and was himself involved in the obstacle course.
