We developed a seperate flue gas scrubber which has been patented by us.

Our own pickling workshop run with maximum possible air circulation. 
The amount of supplied air is only 15 % of the air circulation, therefore we save up 85 % heating costs.

Achived effects of the exhaust gas scrubber

  • Extensive precipitation respectively neutralisation of the environmentally harmful exhaust gases by intensive gas scrubbing in the vortex scrubber.
  • The ability, to return again a big part of the exhaust air as return air into our pickling hall -> heat recovery effect
