The company Heger Edelstahl from Schardenberg is pleased for the third time in a row about the INEO award for exemplary commitment in apprentice training for another 3 years. With innovation, sustainability, commitment and orientation, we support our apprentices with the aim of providing them with the best possible training. Currently, the company employs eight apprentices. Annually, apprentices can be accepted in the professions of metal construction technician with the modules of steel construction technology and welding technology. The focus is on integrating the apprentices into the day-to-day operations of the company from the very beginning and ensuring professional training. In addition to technical qualifications, our apprentices are also encouraged in the areas of social skills and further development of their own personalities. In addition, regular company outings and events are organized to facilitate integration into the team.
