The trainee programme of the company Heger Edelstahl from Schardenberg can once again chalk up a success. The trainees Simon Aschenberger and Dorfer Kilian have passed the second class of vocational school with distinction. The commitment is of course also rewarded, namely with a bonus payment of € 300. The management is pleased about the awards and is very proud of them.
With their numerous initiatives, Heger Edelstahl shows how important it is to them to promote young talent. Joint team-building events, excursions, bonuses have been an integral part of the apprentice programme for years. We attach great importance to the training of our apprentices, says CEO Alexander Schauer. They are our skilled workers of tomorrow and we want to prepare them in the best possible way for their future in the company.
