Product Filter – Cyclone Separator for Cocoa Processing

This vessel is designed as a cyclone filter to separate powdery solids from process gases. In this application, cocoa powder is extracted for further use in chocolate production.

As the powdered product is potentially explosive, the stainless steel tank was constructed to be pressure shock resistant. The unit is installed at one of the world’s largest chocolate manufacturers and meets the highest standards for safety and process reliability.
