Before discharging the condensate waste water into the public sewer system, it is important to cool it down to a temperature level of 30-35°C. We only use maintenance-friendly smooth tube heat exchangers, which are characterised by the following advantages:
- defined surface of the heat exchanger
- works with natural pre-pressure from the overflow of a few 100 mm water column
- Almost no fouling (even after 2 years of operation)
- Easy and quick access for maintenance
- No increase in pressure loss on the pipe side
- No deterioration of heat performance
