Filter Vessel for Saline Formation Water

This stainless steel filter vessel (volume: 7,950 litres) is designed to remove solids from saline formation water using integrated filter nozzles located at the vessel base. The multi-layer filtration system ensures efficient separation under challenging process conditions.

To ensure operational safety and durability, the tank was dimensioned using computer-aided calculations for fatigue strength, including cyclic load and internal pressure analysis. Wall thicknesses were optimised accordingly. The vessel was manufactured in compliance with the AD2000 code and underwent extensive non-destructive testing.
