Flue gas Condensation for biomass boiler 1.500kW
TYPe: HEG-CC-0150
The integration of the HEG-CC-0150 heat recovery unit significantly increases the energy efficiency of a 1,500 kW biomass boiler. The hot, moisture-laden flue gases are cooled in two stages – first in the network condenser and then in the heat pump condenser. During this process, the thermal energy contained in the exhaust is efficiently recovered and reused.
Two smooth-tube heat exchangers made of high-grade stainless steel (material 1.4571) convert the exhaust heat directly into usable thermal energy for the district heating network and into source heat for the heat pump. This allows residual heat to be transformed into valuable energy.
An added benefit: the HEG-CC-0150 actively contributes to emission reduction. Thanks to its integrated dust separation feature, a dust removal efficiency of approximately 50–60% is achieved.
