Flue gas condensation for biomass boiler 2500kW
TYPe HEGC-0250
The heat recovery system HEGC-0250 utilizes the moist flue gas from the biomass boiler (2,500 kW) to generate thermal energy by cooling it in the condenser. The heat content of the flue gases is directly converted into valuable usable heat for the heating network via a smooth-tube heat exchanger (CONDENSER). Thanks to the integrated XXXL heat exchanger, maximum heat recovery is achieved, resulting in an efficiency of approximately 30%. The temperature difference between the return flow of the heating network and the flue gas outlet temperature is less than 1°C. This represents an efficient and sustainable solution for optimizing the energy supply.
