HEAT RECOVERY FROM ALUMINIUM MELTING FURNACE EXHAUST GASEs
For a client in the aluminium industry, two heat recovery systems were implemented to enable efficient energy utilisation. Exhaust gases from two different melting furnaces are cooled via separate heat recovery units. The recovered thermal energy is fed directly into the factory’s internal water network.
The systems are space-efficiently installed on the roof of the production building. Thanks to a high level of prefabrication, on-site installation required minimal effort. A cold commissioning was carried out at the factory to ensure smooth and reliable operation from day one.
