HEAT RECOVERY AFTER BIOMASS BOILER 2,500 KW

Nahwärme Ulrichsberg reached the capacity limit of its heating network with its two biomass boiler plants. With the installation of an additional buffer tank as well as a flue gas compact condensation system from Heger Edelstahl, both the efficiency of the plant could be increased and the dedusting significantly improved. In nominal load operation, 370 kW of waste heat can be recovered from the flue gas. Furthermore, the flue gas condensation separates an additional 40-60 % of fine dust.
